Date night ideas North of Boston
It's date night. You can argue about what you want to do setting the tone of the evening where you eat quickly, finish your wine quickly and hit the couch by 10 OR you can impress your significant other with some of my favorite spots. You are young, hip and full of energy so make some plans no matter how old you are.
Things to do North of Boston -
Wine lab North Andover - Come see what all the fuss is about with North Andover's newest hotspot
Dave & Busters Yes it's an arcade with pool tables! Not every thing has to be "adult"! It is a short distance from one of the areas best cocktail spots The Baldwin Bar that just happens to have been featured in Esquire magazine as one of the country's best for craft cocktails. It also happens to be one of my date night favorites.
You can't go wrong at The swanky Bancroft & Kings in Burlington or Lynnfield with Karaoke, Bowling, air hockey, darks, ping pong and more. Maybe High speed go Karts at K1 in Wilmington are more your speed?

Check out a farm stand! With so many great resources Cider hill, Smolak, Colby farms...
Stop into Battlegrounds coffee in Haverhill, the locals favorite spot for adult beverages of all sorts including wine and beer and some of the areas absolute best coffee. Check out the 3D tour below and you'll see what makes it so special. Maybe then run over to a wine testing at Willow Springs Vineyard in Haverhill.
Take a walk at Winnekini castle, bike the Haverhill rail trail, head to Chunky's cinema, Tastebuds kitchen for BYOB cooking classes or Tuscan Kitchen cooking school at the Tuscan market in Salem. We took the pizza and pasta class and it was really fun.
NBPT brew co has live music and excellent beer on tap.
Metrorock Newburyport rock climbing - who says a date has to be at night? We sneak any hour we can to enjoy each other's company without interruptions. It works for us, maybe it will work for you too?
Cape Ann foodie tour this is on our list - have you been? Let me know how it was.
Remember please you are never too old for a picnic on plum island or downtown on the greenery.
People watching at Ceia? One of my personal favorites in town. You can't go wrong with the hotspot that is attracting attention from around the country.
Head over to Salisbury beach for a stroll around the boardwalk and some Tripoli's pizza,
Things to do in Salem MA -
My hubby and I make every excuse possible to get to Salem to see our friends at Firenze Trattoria one of the absolute best real Italian spots in the area. While you are there check out Witch City Walking tours, Bit Bar yes another video game spot but it's fun. The pirate museum, the haunted houses, stroll the common, check out some great shopping too.
Things to do around Lowell Ma -
Luna Theatre I know I said you were more adventurous than dinner and a movie and you definitely are BUT the Luna is unique, the antique charm and unique films set in Mill No 5 makes this one of the coolest spots in the area. Head to Coffee & Cotton and then check out a flick.
Make sure if you are in Lowell you stop by Fuse Bistro for dinner at least once, or twice. You'll thank me later.
Nashoba Valley Winery is always worth a trip -
